About Us

Belle-City Kennel Club has been a part of Belleville's history since 1964.  In 2010, we officially became an AKC Member Club.

Belle-City members own both purebred and mixed breed dogs, and compete in a wide variety of dog-related activities.

We offer several types of classes at different times of the year.  Our members instruct in conformation, obedience, rally and agility.  Classes are open to all dogs; fees vary.  Canine Good Citizen (CGC, CGCA, CGCU).  Testing is done throughout the year.  Information on testing dates are posted on our Facebook page and website calendar.

Our club hosts many events throughout the year.  The three main events are our AKC All-Breed Conformation Show held at Purina Farms in Gray Summit, MO, AKC Obedience and Rally Trials in Belleville at our club building, and AKC Fast CAT at Laderman Park in Belleville.
